Practice notesLudmila is a partner based in the Prague office of Balcar, Polanský & Spol.. Ludmila specialises in real estate transactions, commercial law, intellectual property law and she is head of our real estate group. Ludmila has a lot of experience with provision of legal advice to developers in structuring, financing and implementation of real estate development projects and their operation and with provision of legal advice to large corporate multinationals.
A native Czech speaker, Ludmila speaks fluent English. Ludmila is member of the Czech Bar Association and the Czech Association for International Law.
